It would be good to have an experimental privoxy variant that applied this patch before compiling privoxy. This patch should eventually be included in the upstream privoxy ([https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1862863&group_id=1... privoxy patch on sourceforge]) but it will likely be several months before there is an official release of privoxy that has it.
