I compared the tarball I downloaded today with an older copy I happened to have on another machine, and it looks like the upstream author made a cosmetic change without bumping the version number -- the top-level directory within the tarball has been renamed from spaetz-offlineimap- c9e9690 to OfflineIMAP-offlineimap-c9e9690, but the contents of those directories have not otherwise changed. (Ryan Schmidt, ryandesign@macports.org, says on macports-users that this change happened in r103123.)
