I wanted to revbump `relax` just to make sure that it still worked with `py27-wxpython-3.0` when I noticed that the software has recently been upgraded to version 3.0.0.

I'm attaching a patch that does the upgrade and also addresses #38535 (kind-of: the port would also need to be renamed to py-relax for proper support) and #38533, while it would be best if maintainer would check #37268.
