Note that I have removed the description from the no_x11 variant as this is defined globally since MacPorts 1.7.0 and added a --without-x configure argument to make sure that X11 support is disabled for this variant. Otherwise the same. Builds ok for me on Tiger in both configurations but I haven't tested the GPS functionality.
