This is actually a dupe of #36026 which predates libstdcxx changes. It just happens to be the case that gccXX fails to build for some people, so by extension, libstdcxx will fail to build. For the life of me, I can't get this issue to reproduce, so please please please try to debug this yourselves and figure out what the missing link is.
