After migrating to the new macPorts for Yosemite (everything went smooth in general), I got the same problem in 2 different installations.

1) During the execution if the command: "sudo ./restore_ports.tcl myports.txt" [...] ---> Fetching distfiles for MacPorts_Framework ---> Verifying checksums for MacPorts_Framework ---> Extracting MacPorts_Framework ---> Configuring MacPorts_Framework ---> Building MacPorts_Framework Error: org.macports.build for port MacPorts_Framework returned: command execution failed Please see the log file for port MacPorts_Framework for details: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_devel_MacPorts_Framework/MacPorts_Framework/main.log

This looks like 2 different issues. I'm setting this as the one you supplied a log for since that is the only one we can determine anything for.
