Attached you find an updated port file for the most recent release of XOTcl.

Since i am listed as maintainer (listed as wu.ac.at:neumann), i tried to update the port myself via svn, but i seem to have no svn account (see https://trac.macports.org/wiki/CommittersGuide/Distfiles "neumann" or "neumann@wu.ac.at" did not work as userid).
