I do not see the problem in that output. Please clean wine ("`sudo port clean wine`") and try again, and then attach the new main.log. #25445 was recently filed about a problem building wine. Perhaps that is what you are experiencing. If so, it will fix itself once wine 1.2 is released and we update the wine port to that version.
