Tripwire fails to install

Hi everybody, I'm running the latest MacPorts on a PPC G4 PowerBook with Max OS X 10.4.10. xfig crashes

I installed xfig-3.2.5_1 via macports and it crashes when I click on a menu button (File,Edit,View,...). Pulling up a dialog box by a keyboard sequence (e.g. M-o to open) seems to work OK, though. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jonathan

Is There a Way to Know Full Dependencies?

Hi, I'm just wondering, is there an easy way to know the full dependencies for installing a package? For instance, gnuplot depends on tetex, and tetex further depends on texinfo, then is it possible for me to know that gnuplot indirectly depends on texinfo before the actual downloading and compiling start? I ask this because I want to easily find out the full dependencies of installing a package before installing anything, so that if I don't like a particular dependency, I can edit the portfile to bypass it. install sbcl doesn't make the info files

I've just upgraded my sbcl installation. For some reason, while the system builds and runs nicely, the documentation does not -- or at least not doc/manual. Multiple ports installations

First I installed a port installation with the normal ./configure && make .. procedure and then another port with ./configure - --prefix=/opt-test. Gimp-2.2.17 Missing

Hi, I just found that the gimp in macports has been upgraded to 2.3.18, and 2.2.17 is completely removed. I'm just wondering, since 2.2.17 is the latest stable version, maybe it should be included in macports until 2.4 is out? We can name the port gimp2.2. Best Regards, Xin Liu
