How to get GnuCash on MacPorts/OS X working again

To everybody who has been struggling with GnuCash as installed through MacPorts lately: MacPorts has been providing slib 3a4 for the last few days. GnuCash does not work with this version at the moment. MacPorts will now install the previous (known good) version of slib again. However, you may have to downgrade manually. You should be able to fix your GnuCash installation by re-installing slib and slib-guile: sudo port selfupdate sudo port -f uninstall slib sudo port install slib sudo port -f uninstall slib-guile sudo port install slib-guile Hope this helps!
