That's not the same error as mentioned in the ticket you quoted below.

From your other posts, it sounds like you have created a unique state on your machine that no one here is likely to be able to help you fix. If you cannot figure out how to undo the changes you have made that make your system differ from a 'normal' install, you may be best off reinstalling Mac OS X and starting again. -- Daniel J.
