It sounds like your problem is with py-pylibpcap, not scapy. You should file a bug in Trac against py-pylibpcap. Be sure to assign it to (or Cc) the port's maintainers. Instructions for filing bugs are here: http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/macports/wiki/TracTicketing
