XeTeX fails to compile on Leopard

Hello, I'm running Macports 1.6.0 on Leopard 10.5.1 PPC and Xcode 3.0. I installed TeXLive successfully, but XeTeX fails to compile. I found a bugreport mentionning the problem, but nothing to help solve it.
