php5 installation error

I'm having a compile error when I install php5 with apache2 and mysql5 variants. However, I found following patch available for the issue, but the problem is I don't know how to apply the patch :D http://trac.macports.org/projects/macports/changeset/20951 Could you someone tell me how to make it work?
