This file is in ./var/db/dports/software/XFree86/4.5.0_2/usr/X11R6/ include/X11/ Shouldn't a link from /opt/local/include to this directory is required to make all that sutff compile? I've got no /opt/local/ include/X11

With such a link, it compile much better, but something is wrong, I shouldn't have to create this link myself, maybe I didn't correctly installed XFree?
