Hello, I'm new to this list, so I apologise if my question has already been addressed. I want to install Mozart, so I do the usual: % sudo port install mozart which results in port trying to install Emacs, when there is already a perfectly usable XEmacs installed, which a quick Google implies Mozart should be happy with. No worries, just change the port in the obvious way: % sudo port edit mozart ... and off it goes. Now, is this the thing to do? Also, is there a way to change the portfile so it has - perhaps as variants - Emacs and XEmacs alternatives? thanks, Peter.
