gnome control-center fails

Upgrading control-center fails with the following:

checking for LIBGNOMEKBD... configure: error: Package requirements (libgnomekbd >= 0.1) were not met:

No package 'libgnomekbd' found

Checking installed I find:

libgnomekbd @2.18.0_0
