that's the generic address meaning 'no maintainer' (it used to be the posting address of our mailing list - but that list has been shut down).

Open up a ticket with your patch to fix the port and take maintainership (or if you have commit access already, just commit your patch).
(I'm already the maintainer for wbxml2, but that was before the darwinports->macports shift and so forth, so I'm not sure how things work these days.)
