What are the rules on macPorts packages with respect to the original licenses? Is it ok to create a package for software with the following license? http://www.cmbi.ru.nl/molden/CopyRight.html I would obviously add this information to the long description, but I am not really sure how to deal with this in general? I'm reading the package as saying we can't distribute patches for it, since MacPorts is not a registered non-profit entity, and the commercial version of the license forbids that. I would ask the CMBI if they would be willing to relicense the work with a GPL license or give us the exception to distribute any patches that are required to make it build within MacPorts.
