Thank you for reporting this problem. I fixed it in r30681 and r30682. It should show up within 12 hours. In the future, you can report problems in our Trac issue tracker, but make sure to Cc the maintainer of the port.

In at most 12 hours, the index will have regenerated and you can do this: sudo port selfupdate port outdated sipcalc will show as being outdated. You can then upgrade: sudo port -u upgrade sipcalc
