Port can't find package macports?
I've just upgraded from 10.3 to 10.4 and immediately prior to that I upgraded MacPorts. The macports upgrade went smoothly and everything was working. Following the OS upgrade I see this message when I try to sync or upgrade. can't find package macports while executing "package require macports" (file "/opt/local/bin/port" line 42) malcolm

No such file or directory. It's sitting over in "Previous Systems". I've just moved it back into place. Macports is able to sync now but it isn't working smoothly yet. I have reset $PATH variables. malcolm

Developer Tools were archived too. I'm downloading Xtools for 10.4 now. I'm pretty sure that will improve things. malcolm
