Hello everyone,
I was trying to install XeTeX-0.994a package - without success :( Since full log is quite long, here are the most relevant (IMO) lines:

I found some posts pointing out QuickTime 7.0.1/7.0.4 as a potential source of problems when trying to link against this libSystem.dylib, but the version of QT that I use here is 7.1...
OSX 10.3.9, DP up to date, Xcode 1.5.
So... any ideas, hints..? Thanks in advance!
Hello Thomas, Apparently, Xetex source code only compiles on MacOS X 10.4. You can try with XeTeX 0.995 (I've just updated the port). Unfortunately, I don't have a 10.3 box, so there's not much I can do. Maybe you should try to contact XeTeX author. Officially, XeTeX runs on 10.3. You could use the binaries provided on the XeTeX website, although those are not configured to use MacPort's TeX installation. Regards, Paul
