Cleaning macports dependencies list
Apologies if their is an easy answer to this... After I run port upgrade outdated I run port -f uninstall inactive Running the uninstall command shows all the dependencies that are ignored. How do I clean up the dependecies list so that only the installed ports are referenced? (this is not really a problem...I just want to know how to do it) Stuart Chalk, Ph.D. Associate Professor of Chemistry Department of Chemistry and Physics University of North Florida 1 UNF Drive Jacksonville FL 32224 P: 904-620-1938 F: 904-620-1989 E: schalk@unf.edu W: http://www.unf.edu/coas/chemphys/

I don't understand the question. What's an ignored dependency? Maybe show us the actual output you got, and what you expected to get instead.
