Actually - during the PHP5 build, I got an error - this is the only error I've gotten in all these builds so far. If you have bind9 installed, then it appears to be this bug: http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/macports/ticket/11283 Unfortunately I don't know what to do about it, short of telling you to uninstall bind9.
