Update Darwinports to MacPorts
Hi, sorry for my english, i am french. I am trying to selfupdate but it don't work : $ sudo port -dv selfupdate DEBUG: Rebuilding the MacPorts base system if needed. Synchronizing from rsync://rsync.darwinports.org/dpupdate/dports rsync: failed to connect to rsync.darwinports.org: Operation timed out (60) I don't found anything about this on the new website. I don't found anything about this on the new website.
That host (rsync.darwinports.org) appears to be down currently. I would imagine that it will be back up eventually (I think we were planning on moving the rsync host eventually, but it has not been done yet as far as I know). -- Daniel J. it seems to be bouncing up and down. i can access it for a few moments, then i cannot. perhaps there is a load issue? b

Not that I know of, but it looks like the subversion repository is available, so if you need access to the sources right now, you could switch to that (but you would loose the convenience of sync/selfupdate). -- Daniel J.
