Why doesn't mysql5-devel support systems prior to 10.4?
Hi, I was trying to install mysql5-devel on OS X 10.3 and I've got these errors. Error: Target org.macports.fetch returned: no support for systems prior to 10.4 Error: Status 1 encountered during processing. anyone knowing the reason?

You might want to ask the maintainer of the port why he did that. I'm Cc'ing him on this email. You could always try removing that section of the portfile to see if it does in fact work on 10.3. I can't seem to find any system requirements listed on the MySQL web site.
