 For the RC layer we need to be able to call methods of the superclass. For
 example:

 {{{
 class A
   def foo
     'A'
   end
 end

 class B < A
   def foo
     'B'
   end
 end

 B.new.foo # => "B"
 B.new.__super_send__(:foo) # => "A"
 }}}
