Steve, it's in the todo list, so it will happen eventually... However, it's hard to give a deadline with the risk to disappoint you and the other 32bit users ;)
Any thought on when MacRuby will run on the 32-bit architecture? Not that I don't *want* a 64-bit MBP -- I'm just not yet ready to retire my computer yet :)
