Nobody at Apple will comment on anything related to an OS X release so I wouldn't expect an answer to your last question. Regarding the 1.0 roadmap, the goal is to close all these bugs: http://www.macruby.org/trac/report/17 Releases are pushed when ready and while 100% rubyspecs passing and running rails (much harder than runnning the rubyspecs) are goals, I don't think they are 1.0 requirements. The top priority of 1.0 is to be extremely solid when it comes to Cocoa dev.
