 MacRuby seems to have a strange behaviour when mixing in modules that have
 other modules mixed into them.

 The first issue I noticed was that `Module#ancestors` reports the nested
 module twice:

 {{{
 module Core; end

 module Factory
   include Core
 end

 class Cat
   include Factory
 end

 p Cat.ancestors
 }}}
