[SmartcardServices-Dev] Is there an updated Installer for Card Services?

Hello everyone, I was hoping to find an updated installer that contains the fix referenced here: https://github.com/smartcardservices/smartcardservices/commit/51ab9e61bfb732... Is that fix contained in the 2.1.2 installer? Thanks, -James
