Hello！

        I found after I plug out my ccid device, the pcscd process will exit automatically, but my application can't get notification of its exit. And after pcscd exit, some PCSC API will cause segment fault error. So how can I be notified of pcscd's exit or how can I keep pcscd from exiting? Thank you!
