Sorry, but this is not an appropriate question on this list, since use of Smart Cards by Applications or Services is up to their respective developer. Also, Apple employees cannot publicly communicate about any unannounced/unreleased product, service, or update.
Your best approach would be to file a feature request directly to Apple:
