[SmartcardServices-Users] unable to unzip smart card services release

I am getting this error after downloading the macOS Sierra v10.12 Smart Card Services Installer: “Smart Card Services 2.1.2 [OSX 10.12]” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.” Any ideas? Thanks, Rudy
