In my experience its much easier to deploy OpenSC from https://github.com/mouse07410/OpenSC.git <https://github.com/mouse07410/OpenSC.git> and https://github.com/mouse07410/OpenSC.tokend.git <https://github.com/mouse07410/OpenSC.tokend.git> Having said that - if you’re dead set on SmartCardServices, you can find the binaries here: https://github.com/smartcardservices/smartcardservices/releases <https://github.com/smartcardservices/smartcardservices/releases>
