I just retested copy-paste on 2.3.2 as well as 2.3.2.1 and I am not observing any problems here. I can copt from Textedit -> xterm, xterm -

Textedit, xterm -> xterm, etc.

I am using a real 3-button mouse, the problem may be with button emulation, rather than copy-paste.
