Setting the 'enable preference' seem to make no difference - I get the same result with and without this being selected. Perhaps support for this option has gone away? Command N has stopped functioning too - so has Command-C and Command-V. Looks as if the Command characters are being interpreted as a mode switch - I get accented characters when I type them into an xterm. On 29 Aug 2008, at 17:26, Merle Reinhart wrote:
Have you turned off 'enable key equivalents under X11' in the X11 preferences? If so, that will disable command-Q.

Please test it out.

I've noticed a strange issue with this, command-Q no longer quits X11.app; I have to use the menubar in order to exit X11.app. Is anyone else seeing this?
Cheers
