Hi, I am not sure if this has been discussed, but it seems that I lost my click control every time I right click to show the contextual menu inside Xmgrace. The mouse cursor still moves around okay, but the cursor icon becomes an arrow point to upper right and I can't click anything. I can only cmd-q to close the X. The version of my Xquartz is 2.4.1_beta1 (xorg-server 1.7.1.901) and the results are the same either on linux or snowleopard (macports) xmgrace. The OS version is 10.6.2. Please let me know if I should provide more information. -- Mengjuei
Hi, While I am still experiencing this problem even under 2.5.0_beta1, I just found out that some users of other platform are experiencing exactly the same problem with openmotif (xmgrace is using motif widget). See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=543647 . I modified their test case and attached the tarball in this mail, it requires openmotif, which can be built by macports. Any idea? It now looks like that openmotif at least hates 2.4.1_beta1 and 2.5.0_beta1 .... Happy Holiday. -- Mengjuei On Sat, Nov 21, 2009 at 12:30 AM, I myself <mjhsieh@gmail.com> wrote:

Hmm... well atleast this means the problem is outside our specific code. I'll track that bug and try your test-case once a fix is released. If you want, you can open a bug at http://xquartz.macosforge.org, so we can track this better. Thanks, Jeremy On Dec 22, 2009, at 15:02, Mengjuei Hsieh wrote:

I will try to work on this test code, it's too big to be a test. Hopefully I will open a bug after that. Thanks, -- Mengjuei On Sun, Jan 3, 2010 at 4:23 PM, Jeremy Huddleston <jeremyhu@apple.com> wrote:
