Jeremy, I have updated to beta4, everything works - the apple bluetooth mouse, but not my intuos 4. With the pen I can only click in the menu of the X-server, e.g. Applications/Edit/Window/Help and select whatever I want, but then, nothing. I can't select anything, not even move a window around. I have the latest wacom driver installed 6.2.0w4 Any idea? Well my Intuos2 is working just fine =( that I was using for reproducing and fixing the issue, so I know the issue that I was facing is fixed. I'm sad to hear you're still hitting something. =( Can you please just verify that you really are running beta4? It should say xorg-server-1.12.0.901. If you have multiple copies of XQuartz, sometimes the installer tries to be "smart" and upgrades the wrong .app bundle. Assuming you are running xorg-server-1.12.0.901 and the problem is still there, please open a new ticket in trac, and provide observations while running each of these: xev xinput test pen xinput --test-xi2 Are some right and others wrong? Do the coordinates follow a pattern? Do you have multiple monitors? Does the problem appear in rootless? fullscreen? ... I'll followup with you in the bug with possibly a debug build to get more info if you can't help reproduce. Thanks, Jeremy On Apr 2, 2012, at 2:14 PM, Christof Wolf <ch.wolf@hfph.mwn.de> wrote:

The issue you were seeing may actually be related to the Inkscape/Gimp crasher. The bug was actually in device activation for the virtual tablet devices. If you use MacPorts, I'd appreciate if you could test xorg-server-devel to let me know if your issue is resolved or not. If you don't use MacPorts, I'd like you to test the next beta to let me know if it's still an issue. Thanks. On Apr 2, 2012, at 2:14 PM, Christof Wolf <ch.wolf@hfph.mwn.de> wrote:

Jeremy, on my macbook air I am not using MacPorts - and I have no space on my 256GB harddrive to install it :-( I am gonna wait for the next beta.
