 In the CalendarServer run script there is a reference to a branch that has
 now been deleted on the Twisted project servers.

 The script timeouts during the download preventing a new install from
 being created:

 svn.twistedmatrix.com/svn/Twisted/branches/dav-acl-1608-4]

 The {{{dav-acl-1608-4}}} branch is not
 [http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/browser/branches listed].
