[CalendarServer-dev] about accounts.xml on /etc/caldavd/

I want to change proxies for a user, so privileges.
How to config just calendar read priv for a user on a shared cal (resource)???
for more details u have on attach my accounts.xml please can u tell me how can 
update it, because i try with:
<calendar-proxy-read> tag but nothing.
