[CalendarServer-dev] Upgrade 9->9.1 and pg 9.4->10: Failed to handle lock timeout

After upgrading from 9.0 to 9.1 together with upgrade of Postgresql server from 9.4 to 10, I’m getting:
canceling statement due to statement timeout', u'while locking tuple (383,1) \
in relation „calendar_object"
I see this at log level ‚warn‘, so I think it’s an unhandled exception, which should not happen.
This is triggered by random client activity regardless of „skip-locked" enabled or not in config.
