You want to remove "gssapi/" from the #include lines mentioned by
the compiler. I'm not sure how to make that fully cross-platform...
Python's distutils isn't as helpful as autoconf for this sort of
thing... Will have to think about it a bit, I guess.
Alternatively, remove the PyKerberos stuff from the "run" script in
the server sources, and don't configure Kerberos when you run the
