[CalendarServer-users] twisted cannot listen

Well you do have something already running listening on the ports you have 
selected in the caldavd.plist that you are using. First check to see 
whether there is an old calendar server running:

ps -aux | grep caldav

If so stop/kill that. If not you will need to use netstat et al to find the 
process that is listening and either stop that, if you can, or change the 
ports in caldavd.plist to something else.
