Something's wrong. Checkout of 1.2 or 1.3 give me the same revision
number :

staging:/usr/local root# /opt/local/bin/svn checkout http://svn.calendarserver.org/repository/calendarserver/CalendarServer/tags/release/CalendarServer-1.2
  CalendarServer
...
Checked out revision 3760.

staging:/usr/local root# /opt/local/bin/svn checkout http://svn.calendarserver.org/repository/calendarserver/CalendarServer/tags/release/CalendarServer-1.3
...
Checked out revision 3760.

And both of them :

# ./run -s
No suitable python found.
