I found the guide here
http://www.macosxhints.com/dlfiles/CalDAV_and_CardDAV_howto.pdf very
helpful, you have to edit the addressbooks plist. The guide is a bit
outdated since caldav and carddav have now been merge into one server,
buy you seem to have figured that out already :-)

By following the guide for setup of the MacOS Adressbook I now have a
working setup with both CardDAV and CalDAV on both Snow leopard and
iOS.
