The output is below the message. I'm using the following command to start the server:
sudo -u _calendar /usr/local/caldavd/bin/caldavd -X -f /usr/local/caldavd/etc/caldavd.plist -T /usr/local/caldavd/bin/twistd
And I enabled debugging by setting:

Exception is triggered by starting iCal that is set to connect to this server.
