Thanks, Morgen. I went into the 389 Directory Server Console and changed
the global default password security from SHA1 to None (Clear Text). Works
fine now.

DCS LDAP implementation only supports Basic auth, so make sure that's
configured in the caldavd.plist (and disable Digest).

Unfortunately, I can't authenticate and I suspect a password encryption
issue. Specifically, userpasswd is stored in SHA1 format on my 389
