Hi,
Unfortunately, no, there is no real easy way to do the restore, other than having the user drag the file into their calendar. Doing that doesn’t necessarily put everything back exactly the way it was, since there might be state from other users involved... for example the user doing the restore cannot forcibly accept another user into a meeting that they are restoring, if that other user declined the meeting some time after the backup was taken.
We recognize this as a deficiency in the service, but can’t say much more than that at this point.
