[darwinbuild] darwinbuild build environment issue

Hi Brady,

We've received another similar report but I have been unable to  
reproduce this myself.  It would help if you could provide as much  
information as possible about your build environment, including:

- Which version of Mac OS X are you running?
- Which version of the Developer (Xcode) Tools do you have installed?
- Which version of DarwinBuild do you have installed?
     - Did you make any modifications to DarwinBuild prior to  
installing?
- Which build number did you initialize with?  (8F46)
- Have you built any other projects locally prior to 'xnu'?
     - If so, did you patch these projects?
